Peanut Butter Cannabis Brownie Recipe

Baking is certainly a classic way to enjoy the benefits of cannabis (a/k/a “marijuana.”) The main ingredient, regardless of the brownie recipe you may choose, is what is called the “pot butter.”

In making the pot butter, you will want to extract as much THC from the marijuana as possible. THC is fat-soluble, so you should use genuine butter and not a butter substitute in order to absorb and retain the greatest amount of THC.

How to Make “Pot Butter:”

What you will need –

2 saucepans
A strainer
1/8 ounces of marijuana (There is no need to grind your weed. It will be strained later.)
1/2 cup of butter (1 stick)

Instructions –

1) In one of the saucepans, melt the butter on low heat.
2) Add the marijuana into the melted butter.
3) For approximately 45 minutes, let the butter/marijuana mixture simmer, stirring every 5 minutes.
4) Into the second saucepan, strain the pot butter.
5) Place the pot butter into the refrigerator until it becomes semi-solid.

Recipe for Mouth-Watering Chunky Peanut Butter Brownies

What you will need –

1/2 cup of peanut butter
Two eggs
A teaspoon to vanilla extract
A cup of brown sugar, packed
Four tablespoons of softened butter
2/3 cup of flour, all purpose
A teaspoon of baking powder
Salt, 1/4 teaspoon
1/2 cup of chopped, salted peanuts

Instructions –

1) Grease an eight inch square baking pan. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
2) Mix the peanut butter and pot butter in a large mixing bowl until creamed together, then add the eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat the mixture until light and fluffy.
3) In a separate mixing bowl, combine the salt, baking powder and flour. Once combined, add the flour combination to the butter mixture. Mix until it is well blended and stir in the peanuts.
4) Now spread the batter into the pre-greased baking pan as evenly as possible. Bake for up to 25 to 30 minutes. Test to be sure the brownies are completely baked by inserting a toothpick into the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, your brownies are ready for cooling.
5) Cut the cooled brownies into 2 inch squares and enjoy!
